Every physical therapist wants to be part of a team of experts who are continuously learning and committed to helping patients.
The problem is that many physical therapists who work in outpatient clinics don’t feel like their work is meaningful, and they are burning out. Lack of continuity of care and overutilization of support staff are leading to overstressed clinicians and poor patient outcomes. Patients are frustrated, and physical therapists are denied the opportunity to grow and develop their clinical skills. You and your patients deserve better!
At BSR Physical Therapy, we believe the relationship between a patient and his or her physical therapist plays a key role in the success or failure of treatment. Each of our physical therapists works closely with their patients so outcomes and professional growth are optimized.
To become part of our team, submit your resume, schedule an interview, and visit our clinic to see why our physical therapists and patients are thriving. Start by submitting a cover letter and your resume.
Join an upbeat team of experts who never stop growing and care about every patient. Don’t get stuck where your patients don’t matter or where you have no opportunities to improve your clinical skills.
In 2026, BSR is hiring at all 4 of our locations. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
