BSR Physical Therapy is growing to better meet the needs of Southern Ocean County.  In April 2025, BSR added its third clinic in the Mystic Island section of Little Egg Harbor.  Then, in early January 2026, BSR opened its fourth clinic at the newly constructed Tradewinds Plaza in Waretown.

Dr. Haley Stack is the Clinic Director in Little Egg Harbor.  Haley joined BSR in 2021 after completing her final clinical affiliation at the Manahawkin clinic.  During her 5 years at BSR, Haley has grown into an expert clinician specializing in pediatric and neurological physical therapy.  She possesses strong leadership skills, and, as a result, her team and patients are thriving.

Dr. Justin Gardner is the newly appointed Clinic Director in Waretown. Justin joined BSR in 2018.  Before completing his DPT degree, Justin was a student volunteer at the original Barnegat clinic.  He is now board-certified in orthopaedic physical therapy, and he is enrolled in a manual physical therapy fellowship program.  Over his 7-plus years with BSR, Justin has grown a loyal following of patients who seek out his expertise regularly.

BSR believes in serving our local community and growing physical therapists into experts and leaders.  BSR promotes successful clinicians from within the practice to leadership positions, instead of hiring managers from outside BSR.  We are actively looking to add growth-minded clinicians to our team.
